A few things to know.
Who can I refer?
A friend who is completely new to Creamore: they have not created a store account or placed an order, including as a guest. Self-referrals and duplicate or fraudulent referrals do not qualify.
How does Creamore know I referred them?
Your friend must open your personal link and claim the referral with their email before ordering. They should use that same email at checkout. Sharing the store homepage or a general welcome code alone does not register a referral.
Can we combine this with other discounts or points?
Referral coupons cannot be combined with other order, product or shipping discounts, including automatic bundle offers, welcome discounts and points-redemption codes. A qualifying purchase can still earn regular purchase points under the current rewards program. Your friend's $10 code is for their own use only.
What if my friend chooses a bundle?
If an eligible $10 referral coupon replaces a bundle offer at checkout, the $10 is deducted from the items' total before the bundle discount. It is not an extra $10 off the already-discounted bundle price. Checkout confirms the eligible offer and final total.
What does the $55 minimum apply to?
Each coupon requires a merchandise purchase of at least $55 before the $10 coupon, excluding tax and shipping. This minimum controls coupon use. Claiming a code does not require a purchase, and your thank-you depends on an eligible referred first purchase, even if your friend does not use their code. Both coupons are single use and apply to one-time purchases.
How does my referral discount affect free shipping?
Your friend gets $10 off their first eligible order of $55 or more. After their qualifying purchase, you earn $10 off a future eligible order of $55 or more. Each coupon's $55 minimum is measured before the $10 discount, excluding tax and shipping.
For eligible US deliveries, standard free shipping has a separate $50 minimum on merchandise after discounts, before tax. $55 − $10 = $45 and $59.99 − $10 = $49.99 are both below that minimum. $60 − $10 = $50 meets the amount condition only; it does not guarantee free shipping for every destination or order. Check the shipping options at checkout.
Prime members have a separate $35 free-shipping threshold, subject to Prime membership and delivery eligibility. Reaching $35 alone does not confirm eligibility.
Ice Crystal pre-orders have their own offer: free standard shipping to the contiguous US, with no minimum. Other items in a mixed order may have their usual shipping charges. Checkout confirms coupon eligibility.
Any points earned are for future rewards; they are not an instant discount on this order. All amounts are in USD.
When do I receive my reward?
After your friend's eligible first order is paid and the referral is confirmed, your reward is available in your rewards account and reward email. Your friend must use the same email they used to accept your referral. This is a discount for future shopping, not cash or a payment to your bank account.
What happens if an order is refunded?
A full refund cancels the referral and any unused referral coupons. Partial refunds or cancelled orders may require review by Creamore. Rewards may be cancelled if the referral is ineligible or fraudulent.
