Dose

Part of the Creamore Performance Series™, this 58mm espresso basket is designed for baristas who want a balanced, dependable extraction profile.

Traditional flat-bottom geometry and a precision 0.3 mm hole pattern deliver stable flow, even puck saturation, and a familiar extraction style that is easy to dial in across a wide range of coffees. Available in four doses — 7g, 15g, 18g and 22g — so you can match the basket to your recipe instead of working around it.

Crafted from durable AISI 304 stainless steel, built for consistency, everyday reliability, and broad compatibility with standard 58mm portafilters.

Choosing Your Dose

  • 7g — classic single shots. A traditional single-basket profile for lighter, smaller drinks.
  • 15g — balanced classic extractions. A shorter double for milder, more forgiving recipes.
  • 18g — the everyday standard. The most common modern double-shot dose and the best starting point if you are unsure.
  • 22g — high-dose extractions. For larger drinks and baristas who prefer a denser puck.

Highlights

  • Performance Series™ classic flow profile for balanced, dependable extractions
  • Flat-bottom design for stable and even puck saturation
  • Precision 0.3 mm hole pattern for controlled, balanced flow
  • AISI 304 stainless steel for durability and long-term reliability
  • Four dose options sharing the same geometry, so switching doses does not change the basket's character

A Great Upgrade for My Espresso Setup

This 22g espresso filter basket has been a great addition to my coffee setup! I really like the precision flat-bottom design and the high-dose capacity for preparing double shots at home. The stainless steel construction feels solid and well made, and the 0.3mm holes give the basket a very refined design. It fits nicely in my compatible 58mm portafilter and is easy to incorporate into my usual espresso routine. The 28mm depth provides plenty of room for my preferred dose. I’m very pleased with the quality and how professional it makes my espresso setup feel

22g! Nice big basket for your 58mm portafilter.
This works really well. Easy consistent results once you get your recipe dialed in. Like always the first pull isn't great as you are adjusting to a new setup, but once you get it. It makes a great tasting pull of espresso. Water flow is consistent, and really easy to clean.
Currently listed at only $15, this is a great add for a bigger basket, and another tool for your espresso arsenal.

Excellent Replacement for My Profitec's E61 Basket

Originally posted on Amazon. Amazon Vine review of a free product.

I was in need of a replacement basket for my machine and picked up this 58mm Cremore filter basket in the 22g size. I was impressed from the moment I opened the box. It has a nicely finished look, with precision made holes and a polished surface that signals quality right away.

It dropped straight into the E61 head of my Profitec machine with no fitting issues. This 22g basket pulls massive shots, and I typically dose around 20g of freshly ground coffee, which it handled without any trouble. Shots pulled cleanly and consistently, with no leaks, nice crema, and no channeling visible on my naked portafilter.

The taste met my expectations for my current beans, though extraction ran slightly faster, which called for a small grind adjustment. The polished finish also makes cleanup quick and easy.

This basket has become a reliable everyday replacement, delivering consistent, well pulled, generously sized shots every morning.

Great Quality 58mm Espresso Basket

I am and always have been a single shot espresso person I therefore got the 7gm basket. As soon as you open the little box that it comes in you immediately notice that this 58mm Cremore filter basket is a well finished item with precision made holes and a polished appearance. Even though the stated coffee amount is 7gm I typically use 11gm of precisely measured freshly ground coffee for my morning espresso. It was a perfect fit for the E61 head of my Profitec machine. I had absolutely no trouble pulling consistent shots, there were no leaks and very nice cream and absolutely no evidence of channeling evident on my naked portafilter. The taste was as expected for my current batch of beans and virtually identical to my prior 7gm basket although extraction time was slightly faster so I had to adjust my grind slightly to accomodate. Finally due to the polished finish cleanup is a breeze. All in all a very nice 58mm filter basket at a very reasonable price point.

Solid Precision Basket for the Price

Originally posted on Amazon. Amazon Vine review of a free product.

For the price, this is a surprisingly solid espresso basket. I’ve been using it with my Slayer Single Group, and it fits well and feels like a good quality basket overall.

Dialing in was pretty straightforward. The shots pull evenly, and with a bottomless portafilter you get a really nice view of the extraction coming together across the bottom of the basket. I’ve been able to get clean, consistent extractions on the Slayer without having to fight with the basket or make any unusual adjustments to my normal dial-in process.

The 18g capacity is also pretty accurate. Depending on the coffee and roast level, you have a little room to play with dose and headspace, which is always nice.

One thing I really appreciate is how cleanly the puck knocks out afterward. The pucks have been coming straight out without excessive sticking or having to beat the portafilter against the knock box.

Is it going to replace a much more expensive precision basket for someone who wants to obsess over hole geometry, flow characteristics, and extraction percentages? Maybe not. But for around $15, it’s a very good basic precision-style basket that’s easy to dial in and produces some really nice looking shots.

For something I can throw into the Slayer and get good results from without overthinking it, I’m impressed. Definitely a good value for the coffee nerd who wants to experiment without spending a ton.

Works Great with an Endless Portafilter But Might Be Too Deep For Double Spout Portafilter

Originally posted on Amazon. Amazon Vine review of a free product.
Variant reviewed: Size: 22g

For a double espresso my instruction manual recommended 22g of coffee bean. I’ve always had difficulty keeping the the full 22g of ground coffee from spilling over the edge of my filter basket when holding it under my espresso machine’s built-in grinder (a dosing funnel won’t fit during this stage). By the time all the beans were ground, the ground coffee sat so high that trying to remove it from underneath the grinder without grounds spilling required intense concentration and a steady hand. At some point I reduced the amount of beans to 20g. It was okay, but I really wanted to use the correct amount. When I saw this Creamore 22g Espresso Filter Basket the description sounded like just what I needed so I ordered one immediately. It is noticeably deeper than my other two portafilter baskets. I ground 22g of beans and filled each basket, and the Creamore was so much easier to load and then use my various espresso tools on it, I'll tell you what. From using the WDT Tool; the coffee distributor; and finally the tamper, everything was easier when I started out with this deeper basket from Creamore. Hopefully my photos will do the Creamore justice.

One thing to note: I use a bottomless portafilter rather than the double spout portafilter that came with my Calphalon Temp IQ espresso machine, so the extra depth of the Creamore filter basket was not an issue. But out of curiosity I pulled out the OEM double spout portafilter and found that the Creamore basket bottomed out and wouldn’t snap in all the way. So it was unusable if I wanted to use the double spout portafilter. Just something you should be aware of.

Perfectly fits 58mm. Pulls 22g comfortably.

This Creamore 22g espresso filter basket is really great. It's actually the second 58mm filter basket I’ve used from Creamore, and this one hasn’t let me down yet. The craftsmanship looks great, with no problems on that front. It snaps perfectly into all of my 58mm portafilters and cleanly locks into my machine without issue.

I feel this basket goes surprisingly deep. It says it’s for 22g of espresso, but after tamping, I feel like even if you wanted to go for a larger or fuller double shot, it could comfortably hold around 24g, as it still offers a lot of space. That said, I’ve mostly stayed at 22-23g, and it’s more or less perfect there with a relatively medium-fine grind for me.

Value-wise, at $15 at the time of writing, I’d say Creamore is worth it. It’s hard to say I have any issues with it when I’ve been pulling double shots twice daily for the past two weeks. A very good piece, I must say.

Excellent Upgrade for Consistent Espresso Shots

Originally posted on Amazon. Amazon Vine review of a free product.

This 22g 58mm espresso filter basket has been a great upgrade for my espresso setup. It fits my 58mm portafilter perfectly and has excellent build quality with a solid stainless steel construction. The precision holes help produce a much more even extraction, resulting in rich crema and consistently great-tasting espresso.

I like using a slightly higher coffee dose, and this basket easily accommodates 22 grams without feeling cramped. Distribution and tamping are more consistent, and I’ve noticed fewer channeling issues compared to my old basket.

Overall, this is a high-quality filter basket that performs exactly as expected. If you’re looking to improve the consistency of your espresso shots, this is definitely worth adding to your setup. Highly recommended.

My New Go To Basket for Consistent Espresso

Originally posted on Amazon. Amazon Vine review of a free product.
Variant reviewed: Size: 18g

I bought the 18g version, and it has quickly become my go to basket. I was honestly surprised by how well it performed compared to the basket I had been using. After getting my grind dialed in, it consistently produces smooth, balanced shots with excellent crema. It has become the basket that stays in my machine because it simply delivers reliable results every time.

The build quality is excellent. The machining looks clean, the hole pattern is uniform, and the basket fits my 58mm portafilter perfectly. I have noticed more even extractions with fewer signs of channeling, and the puck comes out clean after brewing. It also rinses out easily and feels like it is built to handle daily use without any issues.

For the price, I think this basket is an outstanding value. If you have a 58mm machine and want to improve consistency without spending a fortune, this is definitely worth considering. I would recommend the 18g version to home baristas looking for a dependable daily basket that produces great tasting espresso and repeatable results.

Consistent Results After Dialing In, Quality Stainless Steel Basket, A Few Extraction Tweaks Needed

Originally posted on Amazon. Amazon Vine review of a free product.
Variant reviewed: Size: 18g

✅ Key Insights and Honest Takeaways
The Creamore 18g Espresso Filter Basket fit my Breville Oracle Touch perfectly and produced a very good espresso once I had the grind dialed in. It took a few adjustments at first, with some channeling and occasional spattering during extraction, but after making small grind changes it settled into consistent performance. I found it to be a well-made stainless steel basket that works nicely as either a replacement or backup.

⚡ Quick Overview
• 58mm espresso filter basket
• Designed for 18-21g coffee doses
• 0.3mm micro-perforated stainless steel construction
• Fits standard 58mm portafilters
• Compatible with my Breville Oracle Touch setup
• Single basket included

🛠️ Build and Quality
The stainless steel has a nice finish and feels well made without any rough edges. It slides smoothly into and out of the portafilter, and the puck releases cleanly after brewing. The perforation pattern appears uniform, and the basket feels comparable in quality to other aftermarket baskets I’ve used.

🔍 Real-World Use
The first few shots required some dialing in before I found the sweet spot. Initially I experienced a bit of channeling and occasional spattering, but once the grind was adjusted the extractions became much more consistent. Since my Breville Oracle Touch automatically doses around 18 grams, this basket matched the machine’s workflow very well. I compared it to other baskets from the same manufacturer and, while there may be subtle design differences, I couldn’t identify a dramatic change in day-to-day use beyond needing the normal dialing-in process.

⭐ What Works Well
• Fits my Breville Oracle Touch perfectly
• Produces a good espresso after proper dialing in
• Stainless steel feels well made
• Puck releases cleanly after brewing
• Easy to insert, remove, and clean
• Feels like a solid replacement or backup basket
• Good value for the overall quality

⚠️ Things to Consider
• Expect to spend a little time dialing in your grind
• Occasional spattering can still occur during extraction
• The differences between this basket and some of the brand’s other basket options aren’t immediately obvious in everyday use
• Performance improvements over a standard basket may be subtle depending on your machine and setup

⚖️ Overall Value
This feels like a strong value at its price point. The build quality is good, the stainless steel finish is nicely executed, and it performed well once properly dialed in. While I couldn’t clearly distinguish it from some of the manufacturer’s other basket designs, it functions exactly as expected and makes a dependable replacement or spare.

📍 Final Thoughts
This is a quality 58mm espresso basket that performed well with my Breville Oracle Touch after a brief dialing-in period. It fits perfectly, cleans easily, and produces consistent espresso once the grind is adjusted. If you’re looking for a well-made replacement or backup basket, this one delivers solid performance and good overall value.
